On Monday, September 19, 2011, IFEZ opened the Cheongna International City Joint Civil Service Center in collaboration with Incheon Metropolitan City, Seo-gu Office of Incheon Metropolitan City, and LH (Korea Land and Housing Corporation). The Joint Civil Service Center handles various civil complaints such as building permits, real estate transaction reports, and outdoor advertisements.
