On March 13, 2007, (Tue), IFEZ held a groundbreaking ceremony for the public water reclamation project in Songdo International City DIstrict 6&8. At this groundbreaking ceremony, people from all walks of life, including the mayor of Incheon Metropolitan City, were invited, and Songdo International City DIstrict 6 and 8 is scheduled to be completed in May 2010. It is planned to be developed as a cultural center for business, tourism, and housing, including the Incheon Tower (151st floor twin tower).
