The first World Health City Forum (WHCF) was held co-hosted by Incheon Metropolitan City, the Incheon Free Economic Zone Authority, Seoul National University, Yonsei University, and Ewha Womans University and organized by the World Health City Forum on November 20th (Monday) to 22nd (Wednesday) 2023. A total of 150 scholars, experts, government officials, and businessmen from more than 20 countries around the world, including the United States, Britain, Germany, France, Spain, Denmark, Australia, New Zealand, Israel, Singapore, Japan, Cuba, India, Indonesia, Laos, Thailand, Cambodia, Myanmar, and China, as well as international organizations such as the World Health Organization (WHO) and the Global Green Climate Fund (GCF), will participate in more than 50 sessions and special programs under the theme of "Globalization of Risk, How to Make the World Safer?"
