On Dec. 13, 2023, (Wednesday), IFEZ held the 4th IFEZ Kimchi Making For Sharing Event. The event was designed to provide an opportunity for foreigners living in IFEZ to experience Korean culture and share warm affection with their neighbors through kimchi-making experiences to mark the holidays. Twenty-five participating foreigners made 150 heads of kimchi after learning the history of making kimchi and how to make it. The kimchi will be delivered to the Yeonsu-gu Senior Welfare Center, and later to 70 elderly households living alone who will receive free meals.
