On Dec. 20, 2023, (Wednesday), IFEZ signed a business agreement with Therme Group to attract European-style global well-being spa and resort facilities in New Port Golden Harbor, Songdo International City. With the signing of the agreement, Therme Group Korea will confirm the promotion of a project to create a world-class well-being resort, including a spa and water park, in New Port Golden Harbor, Songdo International City, and will investigate the business site and submit a business plan. The Incheon Free Economic Zone Authority agreed to review the business plan and push for necessary licensing changes, and to finalize and consult with each other the details of the lease contract before construction begins.
